Naomh Mhuire’s 2024 ladies football season concluded over the weekend. It was another extremely busy year as Naomh Mhuire fielded 23 teams from U6 to senior. Naomh Mhuire players represented Galway at U14 (Lábhaoise Keane), U16 (Abby McNally, Ava Mullins, Cara Cormican,  Laoise McDonagh) and minor (Alenah Keohane, Hannah Mangan) levels with distinction.

Thanks to all our coaches and FLO’s who ensure that all our teams were prepared and looked after. Fielding 23 teams is only possible due to their dedication and energy. A special mention to Naomh Mhuire committee members who work tirelessly behind the scenes. Their work is largely unseen but ensures the smooth running of the club.

We are fortunate to have access to some superb local pitches and facilities - thanks to the Oranmore Park Committee, OCDA, and the Maree Community Development Association. Use of the training areas in Renvyle also assisted our teams train this season.

Next up is the Naomh Mhuire AGM on Sunday 15th November at 4.30pm in Maree Community Centre and the Floral Demonstration on Thursday 5th December in Keane's. Looking forward to seeing all our members and supporters at both events.
