Our U10 hurlers had a very enjoyable trip to Dublin yesterday, Sunday May 25th. 26 very excited and eager players departed Oranmore at 8.15am with their first port of call in Clontarf, where our lads competed in three very competitive games. Many thanks to Clontarf GAA for the lovely hospitality they showed us.

From there our team headed to Parnell Park where all the Galway supporters were delighted to see the Galway senior hurlers secure a Leinster final spot with victory over Dublin. Following the match, the boys got to meet their heroes with every item of clothing getting an autograph and even Marty Morrissey got introduced so some our own lads. A pitstop in the Kinnegad Plaza rounded off the day.

Many thanks to U10 manager, Vincent McNamee, for organising the trip and to the coaches and parents who helped out. It's a trip our boys won't forget.
