Galway LGFA are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified persons for the position of Intercounty U16 manager for next season.

Candidates must:

· Be a member of the LGFA & have a good working knowledge of how Ladies Football procedures & policies operate.

· Hold current Garda Vetting & Safeguarding certificates.

· Demonstrate at least 3 years of a successful track record in Club and or Inter-County Management.

· Have an ability to demonstrate/organise a high standard of Coaching (at least Level 1 Coaching Certificate is preferred).

· Have an understanding of and work within the Guidelines of the LGFA & the Code of Ethics & Good Practice for Young Players.

· Create a positive & safe environment to allow all players & management to develop to the best of their ability.

· It is also within the remit of Galway LGFA to identify possible suitable candidates for these roles.
